Policies

ARRIVAL

Please aim to arrive 5-10 mins before your scheduled appointment time with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes.  We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc.  It happens, we know!  If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time or extra time has to be spent cleaning your lashes, that will mean less time spent lashing.  Your service will be altered to fit the remaining allotted time and the full cost of the service will still be charged.  Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible so we can do our best to still fit you in.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are very important to our Look At Me Now Lash Lounge team.  All appointments will require a credit card upon booking.  We hold your appointments just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you please provide us with a 24 hour notice.  We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and we will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.  However, if cancellations are made with less than a 24 hour notice there will be a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service.  Please note that in order to late cancel any appointment, a phone call to the salon is required.

As a courtesy, Vagaro (our scheduling system) does text and/or email to confirm the date and time 72 hours and 24 hours prior to each appointment. Please confirm every appointment.  If we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.  You are always welcome to call and double check any appointments if you are unsure.

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS

Rescheduling within 4 hours of the appointment time or any appointment missed without notification will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service.  If more than one appointment is missed without notification, we will require all services be paid in full upon booking.  Again, please remember that your appointments are reserved for you and only you.

OTHER ARTISTS’ WORK

If you currently have lash extensions from another lash artist, there may be the possibility that your current extensions will need to be removed and put back on properly.  Look At Me Now Lash Lounge artist’s priority is your natural lash health and eye safety.  If it is determined that a new set is needed, the full set price will apply. Otherwise, there is a $20 charge on the initial lash extension fill.  This will be discussed and full explained prior to any service being provided.

REFUND AND GUARANTEE

We absolutely want you to love your lashes and/or any service provided!  No refunds will be issues for any reason on services.  You are paying for the artist time, product, and other expenses used.  However, if you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns.  If it is determined a fix is necessary, it will be done at no charge.  Any concerns addressed after 72 hours, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.

CHILDREN

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself.  However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon.  In the event that you must bring a young child into the salon, they must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times.  Our salon is not child-proof.  We use sharp, dangerous tools by your eyes and need to be completely focused at all times.  Look At Me Now Lash Lounge artists are dedicated to providing each of our guests with the highest level of services possible.  Older children, (12+) capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area.
